Text of Complaint by pushpendra Singh:

Sir,
As I discussed with you over the phone that I have Two connection of  Videocon D2H at the name of Pushpendra Singh and my IDs are 186652045 (NewDelhi Laxminagar 110092) & 182279563 (Kulpahar Mahoba U.P. 210426) and I have recharged both IDs in  November for One year, named as OMINI PACK .

They suddenly stopped all my channels on 12th April. When I asked them, they answer that according to TRAI rule your plan has been disconnected now I need to create my plan accordingly.

I asked them TRAI Rule has applied on 1st of Feb 2019 but I have recharged in November 2018 so this is your responsibility, you sale 1 year Pack, how you can change my plan, if Videocon unable to provide the service according his commitment so refund my all money of that recharge then Agent was using rude and inappropriate language.

this mail send to last 15 days ago trai & videocon d2h Email ID (customercare@d2h.com & das@trai.gov.in) 

Both Are no repose my mail .  I remain Per day but they not response
I Called D2h company tollfree   many time i talk to manager level person but the can not solve my problem they say every time your complain open wait same time . today i have 15 day no solution my complain and disconnected my phone
