Dear Sir
Since last three months after recharge of my fathers Voda Number 9846427522 Rupees 90 is deducting as charge against viideo (something else). after every deduction I have to speak your customer executives and to credit back the amount.
And also have to ask them to de-activate that. But even after deactivating the same is happening every month. They are saying that it is not their problem to resolve the problem as it is happening by third party. But one thing I have to say that father made contract between Voda and father only.
I think you are following oldest technology that any one can enter to your network and interrupt valuable customers even though they are not willing to avail the harassment they are creating. It is your duty to help the valuable customers to protect their rights lying with you. It is also inform you that I am using Idea, BSNL,and Airtel services.
Through them till I have not got any nuisances, if happened they rectified the same and not repeated. The day before yesterday 20 rupees also debited. we dont know why it have done. This phone is using absolutely for voice call. If again it happens we will compel to deposit back the service of Vodafone and avail others Service.
Do all the needful to credit back the unwanted debits happened earlier and deactivate all the third party entrance to father’s number.
