Dear Consumer Complaint Cell,
I am writing to bring to your attention a series of unresolved issues and wrongful deductions that I have been experiencing with Paytm. Despite multiple attempts to seek resolution, the problems persist, and I find it necessary to escalate the matter to your attention.
I have been facing the following issues with Paytm:
1. Wrongful Deductions:
– Paytm has deducted amounts wrongfully from my account, particularly in connection with the Paytm Soundbox service. Despite raising concerns, initiating a pickup request, and discontinuing the service over two years ago, the wrongful deductions persist.
2. Unresolved Complaints:
– I have raised multiple complaints with Paytm, both on social media platforms and through their customer support channels. Unfortunately, none of these complaints have been resolved, and the communication from Paytm has been inadequate.
3. Lack of Communication:
– After waiting for an extended period, I have received minimal communication from Paytm, and the tickets raised for my issues have been closed without providing any resolution.
4. Intentional Merging of Accounts:
– Paytm has merged my personal and merchant accounts without my consent, leading to incorrect deductions from my personal account.
I have attached screenshots and documented evidence for your reference.
Given the persistent issues and lack of resolution from Paytm, I kindly request your intervention to investigate this matter thoroughly. I believe such practices go against fair consumer practices, and I am seeking your assistance in ensuring a fair and just resolution.
