I would like to draw you kind attention towards the Online Loan Application Fraud through this letter and also want to lodge complaint against one such company. I want to make complaint against KOKO cash loan. Some days ago, I was in need of some money. While searching on the internet, I came to know about KOKO cash loan. While I was filing my details to get my eligibility to get loan, they transferred the amount of 4400/- in my account without letting me know about the details of loan i.e. Rate Of Interest, Loan Amount. While showing amount of 8000/-, to my surprise I only got 4400/- transferred in my account. After only 07 days, I got message from them for payment. I paid the 4400/- amount as per instruction. After paying them, when I inquired about the receipt, they said I will get the same in 03 days. But to my surprise I couldn’t get the said receipt to till date. When I contacted those guys they told me after successful payment I will not get any message from them. I had written email to mentioned helpline in app too many time to update in app but there is no response. After 6 days they again sent message on whatapp and call from different numbers for payment of 8000/- again. I told him I paid it and also email regarding the concern, but they denied any such case, also threatening me to share all contacts which is store in my mobile. Also, everytime I got message and call from whatsapp from different companies to abuse me very bad and also to my contacts. Also, harassing me on regular basis and blackmailing me that they will file a police complaints against me and my contacts. Attaching the numbers which are constantly harassing me for further action. Also, attaching the screenshots for transactions and other whatsapp messages I am getting from them for your reference and for further action. Further to add my worries, I got calls from different companies for loan repayment. It seems they have forged my documents and took loans from different apps. Would like to clear that I haven’t used my documents from any other than KOKO loan app and won’t be responsible from any other liability apart from KOKO. These people may use my documents to scam and put me in trouble in future.
Hence, would like to request you to please look into this matter and take suitable action against them and save me from mental trauma I am facing right now due to their constant threatening. Once again, thanks in advance for taking time to read, understand my situation and make necessary actions.
