Sir,
I was booked flight ticket through travolookin flight from Patna to Chennai on dated 12th November,2021
Namely. Mr. Sushil Kumar Singh and Rajnish Kumar Singh with reference ID-REF917058200. Ticket was not booking with the reason is payment of difference amount.
I was requested for refund the amount and it was assured from your side the amount has been credited in account within 07 to 10 days, however amount is not credit till now. During this period no any communication received from travolookin.
After not getting the refund amount, I was called time and again to costumer care of travolook and they are only told only one sentence amount will be credited within 04 to 05 working days.
A legal action against the travolook is required.
