I have not taken any loan from Transactree nor have open any account but it’s showing in my transUnion credit score that I have taken loan amount of Rs. 60,554 and display as active account. I have tried several time to reach the transactree through email and phone. Despite of several attempts my complaint had not resolved and greatly effecting my credit score and hence this complaint for closing my transactree account which I never opened.
