Dear Sir
I am Shibram Ghosh. One of consumer of TPCODL odisha.
I have received one panelty letter from TPCODL. Same panelty leter also issued to Building owner.
I am Staying in a Rent basis in the house of Mr. Kailash Chandra Mishra.In this building i have separate connection in my name. in this building found unauthorised electricity. Building owner takes unauthorised electricity in his Mandap(business) purpose But by mistake panelty leter also given to me. i am assuring you that i have not taken any unauthorised electric in my room. All elegation in this leter is wrong.
Every month honestly i am paying electricity bill in time. I am so much harrashed by tpcodl call.
I have already submitted letter about this matter to our sdo commerce. and also one copy submited to Mr. Pratyush Mishra(enforcement dept). But still i have not get any help from them. They only told that i have to pay for it. But why i will pay because i am sure that i am not using any unauthorised connection.
i have ask for proof then they are showing photos of hooking which is taken by the building owner which is used by building owner for his mandap purpose. No any hooking in my connection.
Please it is my request that release me from panelty because of not my fault. All responsibility goes to the building owner. He is responsible for unauthorised connection. If required please reverify of my connection.
Please look at this mater as soon as possible. I am giving my details below.
