I am writing to file a formal complaint against TIENIX DATA SOLUTION for engaging in fraudulent practices related to online job data entry.
On 08/04/2024, I received a message from TIENIX DATA SOLUTION offering data entry job.
Accordingly I have to complete 1200 forms in 12 days. At least 1020 forms have to be completed. I have completed 1025 forms. However, a company called TIENIX DATA SOLUTION blackmailed me to pay 3900 as you have not completed 1200 forms.If you don’t pay we have filed a case against you. If we want to get it back, they sent a QR code asking us to pay this amount of 3900. I also paid the amount of 3900 to that account out of fear.
If you want to cancel your agreement again, you have to pay another amount of 4000 or else they threatened me that the police officer will come to your house.
I have paid them.22/04/2024 I have sent them ₹7900 so far.
I lost my money from them and got fooled. I am very scared. Please take back my money from them.
I would like to highlight the following points:
TIENIX DATA SOLUTION contacted me for data entry job and requested personal details including my photograph and signature for registration purposes.
I have also sent the above details.
tIENIX DATA SOLUTION’s actions have created fraud and harassment. They extorted money from me by threatening to pay for a service that was never provided but I did not agree to any terms and conditions.
I request your intervention in this matter to protect the consumers from falling prey to fraudulent activities of tIENIX DATA SOLUTION. I request you to take appropriate action against the company so that innocent people are not harmed further.
Accompanying this letter are screenshots of messages exchanged between me and TIENIX DATA SOLUTION as evidence of their fraudulent behavior.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a solution.
