I Adarsh A, thengummoottil, adinadu south, kattilkadavu po.
I purchased 32 inch thomson 9 A series television from flipkart. There is 1 year brand warranty and 2 year additional warranty. After 10 month the tv had display problems. I just call flipkart and they told me to call thomson customer Care. I called their customer care number more than 10 times daily and they told me it Will solved within 48 working hours. I called them daily. I complaint them through e mail also but there is no progress. So please help me to bring a new tv or refund my money.
