My registered mobile number is 9030034716. on 21st November Saturday I visited Vi mini store in Alwin colony Miyapur Hyderabad and asked I would like to move from airtel to Vi for double data and asked them if 699 4GB per day with 84 days validity plan is there for the first recharge and they told only 299 and 647 plan is there for the first recharge and they told and it was also mentioned in the whiteboard which they showed it was as 3GB data per day and unlimited calling for both the plans and I conformed from them that its 3GB data per day plan I went ahead with the MNP process on my number with FRC 647 and they asked me to pay 700 Rs for that to in cash only, for SIM activation charges and 647 FRC

On the 24th night my sim got migrated from Airtel to Vi and today I checked my data balance and it showed only 1.5 GB per day plan for 84 days and I called the customer care and they said for FRC 647 I get only 1.5 GB per day and they said to go and check in the store.

Today I checked in store they told its 3GB per day only for FRC 647 plan and so I took the photo as proof and attached it and the employees at the store called the Miyapur prepaid distributor Mohammed Shami to check if its 3GB or 1.5 GB and he spoke for 5 Min and the store employee told its 1.5 GB only he told that Mohammed Shami told him its 3GB per day plan so he wrote its 3GB and sold the SIM and there is also a lady employee present in the store she is speaking very rudely and don’t know etiquette how to speak with the customer and she said they recharge and they are not bothered now and asked me to figure it out with Vi and they told its a franchise store and owner is Mahender Reddy.

I the way this Vi mini store in Alwin colony Miyapur is acquiring the new customer in an unethical manner by giving wrong information and I don’t understand what kind of marketing VI is doing your distributor and your store employees doesn’t know what are the existing plans VI is having and you expect customers will know the plan details. I want to give a complaint on this. I was very happy with Airtel because VI has offered a double data plan I thought of moving from airtel to vi. Now when I moved to vi I came to know that there is no double data plan in my pack and there is no proper response also from the customer care they asked me to send a mail I don’t understand why cant customer care can’t take the complaint on-call how do expect customers can express there view in the email.

I only saw Vi mini store holding on to the shop and I visited the store and today I came to know its VI franchise store, it was not mentioned anywhere that it’s a franchise store.

Because of your unethical practices, I am suffering now. Please do let me know if there is an option to get the 3GB per day plan and accept the written complaint against the Vi mini store in Alwin colony Miyapur Hyderabad. Please take the action.
