We had purchased the membership of Royals Club november 2021 However we didn’t have funds to pay so they said they will offer us at Installments from their end of Rs 15000
Then they took my credit cards and maxed it out saying you will have to pay emi to the credit card company plus to them as well as my credit card did not have that much limit.
I asked for the refund to the manager the same day as we didn’t want to continue the purchase, he said he will drop the email and it will be done in 48 hours.
After 48 hours I called him, he said I will have to email the head office myself. As they will only refund if I send them an email.
Then he also said that if you use our service and if you are not happy with it, there is a 100% refund policy.
So I emailed the head office, I also mentioned I have a family medical emergency and I haven’t used their services.
they replied there is no refund policy.
I realised I was cheated by the company and I need assistance to get my
ROYALS CLUB INTERNATIONAL 100% cheated n forgery company..pls don’t buy anyone this holiday package..please
