I Pallavi from West Bengal, due to pandemic situation I am at home now not working so for that I am ready to do job at home. Then on 16th April I received a call from Mr. Rohit Verma – 9624461934, Microsis Professional he told that he have an opening in data entry if I want to do he start the process. So i agreed after that he just start a train after sharing a link. He give me a continuous call to sign up agreement he didn’t give me the time to read it. The job is like that I need to fill 420 forms in 4 days with 90% accuracy. So I started and completed the work within time. After that they share me the QC Report where it is showing that in 9 forms I made a mistake but they written in the report that I have done a mistakes on 51 forms , so if I need to correct it I need to pay 19,950 that is refundable and if i am not going to pay that amount then I have to pay 4752 otherwise they are going file a complaint against me and share me a legal notice. After 30 mins only I received a mail that is a legal notice and it came from Mr. Akash Mohapatra an Advocate. And he asked to pay around 5,00,000. Kindly support me and raise a voice against these frauds people. I required your help.

Hey this is Shimul, i too belong from West Bengal and had faced the same fraud case since 25th April. Not going to tell the whole story because what Pallavi has written above is the same thing happened with me and they are continuously calling me and giving threats of filing a case/FIR against me in court and asking to pay the amount something around ₹ 400000. If any one else had faced this problem please support us to fight back. These people are just taking the advantage of the pandemic situation and people like us who are seeking a job for their livelihood.
Pallavi there is no such company exists and all those legal notices are fake so don’t you worry those people are just manipulating us with fake substances.

I faced the same fraud from Microsis Professional company and paid them around Rs. 75000 after they filed the FIR against me. Still waiting for justice. Only in the hindsight that I realized that it was a big financial and scam job offer fraud but then it was too late. Hence it is my earnest request to Consumer Court to take appropriate action against these fraudsters so that innocent people are not cheated of their hard earned money!
