Respected sir/mam,
I am Shubham vishwakarma from teh/distt chhindwara madhya Pradesh.
On 25 may 2020 I got a call from a company called DFX ENTERPRISE offering a part time job in our mobile phone.they said 700 form workload they will provide 7 days and I have to complete with 90% accuracy.
They said that after I accepted to work they ask me to send my aadhar details then they sent me a link.
When I click the link then I got a mail that I have signed an agreement(which I am note aware of it) saying that if I failed to submit my work with in 7 days then I have to pay penalty.
I was shocked by this mail.
I came to know that this is a fraud company now they sended me a notice after few days to pay penalty as per the fake agreement which I am not aware of it.
They also said they have filled case against me in court.If I want to settle the disoute call at 7565863281 when I called they asked me to pay the dues and registeration fee.
Even I have refused to work when I received a fake agreement. Now they are sending me message again and again.
I request to cancel that agreement and registeration. And to take a strict action one them.

I got call from some advocate Simran and she said that she will help me in settlement.
First she skad that I have to pay late fees of 7000/-, I disagreed then she called again and said atleast give 1000/-. I said if you want then deduct it from next week’s payment.
The had sent me some email saying it is legal notice and if I do not pay their money 4700+3000 then I have to appear in front of Vapi Court.
Its totally fraud and building pressure on me.
I am soft hearted and cannot handle such stress
