Hi, my self Clememt Pinto , tata sky user id 1256313063 using TATA sky services since last 1 year.

I was disappointed with the services from the beggining itself however we had no option apart from choosing tata sky as the builder have monopoly with tatasky.

I had requested them to change the services but the builder said he wont be able to change the service provider until the majority of the flat owner wont agreed for the same.

I couldnt do much about it as i am working professional and dont have time to go behind the owners and take their views against tata sky.

Today 11th June’19 there was no rain nothing , the Tata sky services discontinued without any reason. I tried calling the customer care , they said that my account is active but due to some technical services its not working. They suggested me to raise a request & their technician will come & solve the issue for that i have to pay Rs.150/-. Paying 150/- is not a big deal but why should i pay extra wherein its not my fault. The whole building is suffering from pathetic services of tata sky.

In return if we fail to recharge our a/c for a day then tatasky disconnects our services , now if the issue is from their end still they asking me to pay the service charges.

i could have understood due to rainy season the issue arised however this issue seems to be intentional to and not any technicial issue. Moreover the cm-care dont have any knowledge of why the issue arised, they talk like robots and said you have to pay the charges. This is really disappointing.
