My registered mobile number is 9049157787 and I have a concern with Tata Sky. Recently I raised a complaint when my Tata Sky was not working. They visited and didn’t do anything. It is equivalent to disconnecting the service remotely and then restoring it and charging 150 rupees for the visit.
They simply came, got the code and left. Nothing was done inside the house.
I request you to do the inquiry and take corrective and preventive action.
