I am writing to file a formal complaint against Tata Fiber regarding their failure to address and resolve a critical issue with my internet connection. Despite numerous attempts to seek assistance, the company has exhibited negligence and apathy towards my situation, resulting in significant financial loss and potential job insecurity.
On June 10th, I contacted Tata Fiber’s customer service helpline to report a pressing issue with my internet connection. I emphasized the urgency and importance of a swift resolution, as the problem was directly affecting my ability to perform my job responsibilities
Over the course of the last three days, I have called Tata Fiber’s customer service line more than 20 times, desperately seeking assistance. However, the response I received was far from satisfactory. I was repeatedly provided with incorrect technician contact numbers and encountered uncooperative representatives who showed no willingness to assist.
Considering the gravity of the situation, I have decided to escalate this matter to the Consumer Court. I request your intervention and the initiation of necessary legal proceedings to hold Tata Fiber accountable for their negligence and disregard for customer satisfaction. Additionally, I seek compensation for the financial losses incurred due to their failure to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
I kindly request that the Consumer Court investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to rectify the situation. I trust in the court’s ability to ensure fair and just resolution, and I look forward to a favorable outcome.
