Text of Complaint by Raghavendra RB:

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Dizo Watch regarding the non-functioning of my Dizo Watch R and the subsequent lack of support from their customer service. Despite my best efforts to resolve the issue, I have faced immense difficulty in obtaining assistance, and their service center has categorically refused to provide any support for the mentioned brand, including the availability of spare parts.

I purchased the Dizo Watch R on 16-06-2022 from Flipkart, and I have been facing a significant problem with the product. The watch is not turning on, and all attempts to resolve this issue have been in vain. I immediately contacted Dizo’s customer service helpline at 1800 843 3030 but have not received any response. Additionally, my emails to their official customer support email address, service.in@dizo.net, service@dizo.net have remained unanswered.

Considering the lack of response, I personally visited Dizo’s authorized service center located at WE FIX TECHNOLOGY
#39,2ND MAIN RAOAD ESHWARI NAGAR HOSKEREHALLI BSK 3RD STAGE. However, to my dismay, the service center representatives informed me that they do not provide any support for Dizo watches and do not stock spare parts for the said brand. This denial of support and unavailability of spare parts has left me without any means to rectify the issue with my Dizo Watch R.

I would like to emphasize that I have diligently followed the necessary steps to seek assistance from Dizo Watch’s customer service and service center. However, the lack of response and denial of support by both parties have left me greatly inconvenienced and dissatisfied as a consumer.

I kindly request the Consumer Court of India to take appropriate action in this matter and provide me with the necessary support and relief. I seek the following resolutions:

1. Immediate rectification or replacement of the non-functioning Dizo Watch R.
2. Adequate compensation for the inconvenience caused due to the non-responsive customer service and denial of support.
3. An investigation into the business practices of Dizo Watch to ensure that such instances of poor customer service and lack of support are not repeated in the future.

I have attached copies of the purchase receipt, communication records with Dizo Watch’s customer service, and any other supporting documents for your perusal. I am willing to provide any additional information or documentation that may assist in the resolution of this complaint.

I firmly believe that the Consumer Court of India will ensure a fair and just resolution to this matter and protect the rights and interests of consumers like myself. I look forward to a prompt response from your esteemed office.
