I am writting this letter demanding refund from Talkcharge Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Talkcharge is an online recharge/bill payment platform. If we load money into this wallet
and take them into the wallet they give 2x or 3x return in few months. Thus I deposited INR
99999 into Talkcharge e-wallet through Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card ending with 9927 on 2
Jan,2024. And they promised to give INR 35006 per month if I take the money into their wallet
for 90 months. Also I received that cashback for 2 months but now I can’t use the money for
recharge/bill payments. I tried to contact them but they said it’s a technical problem and that
will be resolved soon. But they didn’t resolve this issue even after 2 months now I demand for
refunding my money. They are not refunding. I raised complaint on their official email id but it’s
pending from 2 months. Ticket id #218495 and #224860. Please help me to get my hard earned money back. Transaction details:
