Text of Complaint by Sahil Nasi:

I got a wrong order on swiggy ie. I ordered : 1 veg burger, 1 Choco Lava Pastry and 1 Veg Sandwich whose total was 143Rs but insterd I got 1 some Pastry and 2 Puffs and when I complained about it in app they told meto send pictures and I sent them but they said my complaint didn’t pass the test and and won’t give me the refund and then when I called their coustumer care they said to send a mail and I did also with pictures but even they said they can’t refund the money for the wrong order and there reason was it was against there policy and when I called the costumer care again they said to send the mail again. This was a very horrible experience I’ve ever had just to get a lunch I’ve started ordering on swiggy from 1.30pm and till almost 3.30 i was still trying to get my correct order which I prepaid for through online they wasted 2+ hours for getting a lunch and atlast at nearly 4.15 I got my lunch which I ordered from other food delivery app/company.
I humbly request you to take an serious action regarding this issue.
