**Complaint Against Swiggy for Deficiency in Service and Unjustified Late Order Cancellation**

On **March 11, 2025, at 11:56 PM**, I placed an order via Swiggy, which was accepted by the restaurant. However, despite waiting for over an hour, I received no update. When I attempted to track my order and contacted Swiggy’s support, my calls went unanswered. Upon initiating a chat at **1:09 AM on March 12, 2025**, I was informed that the item was out of stock and my order was being canceled.

Swiggy failed to ensure the restaurant updated stock availability and did not promptly notify me, depriving me of the chance to make alternative arrangements. This resulted in undue inconvenience, mental distress, and wasted time.

While Swiggy has refunded ₹256, they have only offered ₹67 as compensation, which is inadequate. Given the service failure, I demand compensation of at least twice the order value or, at minimum, the full order amount.

I request to take necessary action against Swiggy for its deficiency in service and provide appropriate redressal.
