I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Snap Paise. I have already repaid my loan in full; however, I continue to receive repeated calls and messages from their representatives demanding payment.
Despite informing them multiple times that the dues have been cleared, the harassment has not stopped. This behavior is causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
I request you to:
Immediately stop all calls and messages from Snap Paise.
Verify my payment records and update their system accordingly.
Take appropriate action against such unfair and unethical practices.
I am attaching proof of payment for your reference. Kindly resolve this matter at the earliest.
