It’s been almost more than 4 days still I dint get any resolution for my issues. Or any call from snap deal to explain the issue order Id- 27658995738 MSL Black flats.
My damaged product after using is not been collected by the executive, executive has left the product with me itself. I have all packing cover along with bill but still they are not ready to collect and refund me. They closes the issue by their own will and wish.How can I walk if the slipper is torn while I am on the way to office which was very awkward situation and I purchased it for usage purpose so if it is torned 2nd day of usage why shouldn’t I complaint or return it? How come executive gives the reason as it’s used so will not be collected? I want to return the product. I need call to be placed to explain the issue. why I shud waste my money ???
