Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this email to bring to your notice the fraudulent activities of SmartCoin Loan App, which has caused me a great deal of distress and mental agony. I had applied for a loan with SmartCoin Loan App in November 2022, and since then, I have been constantly harassed by the company. They first told me that the loan amount had been credited to my account, but I did not receive any amount
Despite my repeated follow-ups, the company did not take any action, and I was left in the lurch. Furthermore, I received several calls and messages from SmartCoin Loan App’s representatives demanding that I pay the EMI for the loan, which I have not received. They have been threatening me with legal action and have caused me a great deal of mental trauma.
I have tried to contact the company several times through their customer care number and email, but all my attempts have gone in vain. I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution from the company, and my situation remains the same. I believe that the company has indulged in fraudulent activities, and I demand immediate action against them.
I request you to take strict action against SmartCoin Loan App and ensure that they are held accountable for their actions. I also demand that the loan application and all related records be immediately deleted from their system, and I be provided with written confirmation of the same.
I hope that you will take appropriate action against the company and prevent them from causing further harm to innocent people like me.
