Since last 2 weeks, I have been facing internet speed issue in my area. I have registered complaint on airtel thanks app as well, verbally on 198. They had given me date of 02/11/2020, but issue doesn’t solve. In fact, complaint closed.
This way company can’t reach zero complaint goal.
