I have an account in Simplpay wherein my account was hacked on 13th Nov and transaction was made of Rs9,941 at blinkit . On the same I have raised complaint on blinkit as well as Simpl . As per conversation with blinkit executive they cancelled the order at the same time but have not refund the money. Complaint also raised at simpl app . They are still investigating the issue but continuously I am being harassed by their executive to make the payment for which i have not done the transaction
