I had ordered from Silk company on 23rd September 2021 for today’s the site was genuine and was able to track about the products which were been purchased and received the mail about the same. After a day as a tract for the given order was not able to. And very soon it started showing the website it is unavailable I had ordered for amount of 2349.38 for my son and now I am not able to track whether I want the product or the money refund. I had paid via online Google pay and the medium between me and the company was payumoney they supported and help me e as I had raised and issue about the same and I do have call recording as a proof when I had called over the given service complaint number and how abusive and for language they had used. They have not only taken the money but also they have mentally harassed over the service call provider need to be punished for the offensive act done.
