Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Shopdeck for their unprofessional behavior, inadequate support, and failure to deliver the promised services regarding my website’s development and customization.
Details of the Issue:
Delayed Action and Plan Expiry:
I enrolled in Shopdeck’s services to take my website live. Initially, they requested the listing details, which I promptly provided. However, they failed to take any action for 10-15 days.
During this period, my subscription plan expired, leaving me in an inconvenient position.
After nearly 10 days, they approached me again, requesting valid URLs despite already having the required data. Their negligence and delays caused unnecessary stress and financial loss.
Lack of Customization Support:
I specifically requested a template that included a three-level category selection feature where users could select the brand, then the model, followed by the design and size of the product.
They informed me that their system does not support such customization for production variation selection.
Non-Responsive and Lack of Resolution:
Upon realizing their limitations, I asked for either a refund or for them to implement the required customizations as per my request.
They have since stopped responding to my emails and calls, displaying complete disregard for customer support and satisfaction.
Impact of Their Actions:
Their lack of professionalism and delays have caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my business.
The absence of timely communication and resolution has left me frustrated and financially impacted.
Relief Sought:
I request the Consumer Forum to take action against Shopdeck and direct them to:
a) Provide a full refund for their failure to deliver the promised services.
b) Ensure they adopt better customer service practices to avoid such experiences in the future.
I have attached all relevant documents, including proof of communication, payments made, and the agreed scope of work for your reference.
I kindly request your intervention in this matter to ensure fair treatment and accountability.
