Respected Sir/Madam,
I am filing this complaint against Shadowfax (delivery partner), Meesho (online marketplace), and Yottacho (fraudulent website) for delivering a fake and wrong product against my genuine order.
1. I had placed an order on Meesho for a Mirror Cabinet Premium Wall Mounted Storage Cabinet (Prime Look White). The official Meesho tracking ID for this order is VL0081999903133, and at the time of the incident, the product was still shown in transit.
2. On the same date, I received a parcel through Shadowfax courier service with tracking ID SF1995310532YOT. The package looked identical to a Meesho parcel, so I accepted it in good faith.
3. On opening the parcel, I was shocked to find an old, used shirt instead of the ordered mirror cabinet. Clearly, this was a fake product.
4. After investigation, I found that this wrong parcel originated from a suspicious website named Yottacho, which seems to be impersonating Meesho packaging and misleading customers.
5. This amounts to fraud, misrepresentation, and unfair trade practice, and both Meesho and Shadowfax have failed in their responsibility of ensuring proper product verification and safe delivery.
Relief Sought:
Immediate refund of the full purchase amount.
Compensation for mental harassment and inconvenience caused.
Strict action against Yottacho for fraudulent activities.
Directions to Shadowfax and Meesho to strengthen verification and prevent such incidents.
I am attaching all necessary evidence, including:
Proof of order on Meesho
Tracking IDs (VL0081999903133 and SF1995310532YOT)
Photos/videos of the received parcel and product
I request the Commission to kindly register my case and take appropriate action.
