my complaint against onida ac is still not resolved. 1 year is about to complete regarding my complaint. I have already complaint regarding this several time. I talked with every person who belongs to Sargam(Vinay,Naveen & etc.).For this worst service I took AMC also from Sargam.

I brought an O General AC from this store where they first tried to give me demo piece. Upon asking they provided a new piece. That piece was broken (The evaporator coil). I mentioned this to the service person at the time of installation but he denied and also the store person also denied. He installed that AC and the AC is not working properly. Thousands of mails and complaints were registered to both the store and the company. But they denied to provide serve and also saying that there is no breakage in the piece even if I am showing him Images (THE STORE MANAGER SURPRISINGLY CANT SEE THAT THE PIECE IS BROKEN).
Ultimately one broken piece was sold to me from sargam and upon complaining, they cant see it and even saying THAT IS YOUR FAULT that you did not informed me where I informed very timely.
Its been one month now I am facing trouble and Sargam DO NOT CARE> THEY JUST SEEK FOR MONEY> AFTER THAT THIS WILL BE THERE ANSWER “ITS YOUR FAULT”
SO I WOLD SUGGEST EVERYONE TO NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM SARGAM. THIS WILL BE YOUR FAULT ONLY.
The case is in court now.
