I brought Airtel broadbrand service(airtel xstream fiber) on 27th Jun 2021. But 4 weeks after its installation, the router provided by them started getting heated excessively within some hours only and when it gets heated up excessively, it gets disconnected from the internet( which indicates that the router is having some problem). To again connect it to the internet, I have to first cool it down then get it connected or else it won’t work. Sometimes, it gets heated up excessively after 1 and half hour use only. So, I filed a complaint about this issue to airtel on 24th July 2021. But they didn’t do anything on that so I again filed complaint on 26th and many other dates repeatedly . Each time they said they will resolve it but no initiative was taken by them to resolve my problem even after repeated requests. Please help, as this router problem is creating a great trouble.
