I am using Ring application since last 2 months and i am pay all my outstanding before due date but last month Ring application charge additional Rs. 500/- for increase limit without any notice or information. I have already sent many mail to ring but not waiver this charges as well as receiving harashing calls and SMS from ring therefore I have done my payment but we dont have any reply from ring
Kindly please action on ring and order to refund my payment with harrashing cost.
