Text of Complaint by J K SHOME:

I have a balance of Rs. 178.88 as on 24th November (today)for my prepaid VODAFONE mobile service. Still I got SMS from VODAFONE asking me to recharge by 24th Nov 2018 failing which my outgoing calls will be suspended
I ask for any TRAI gudlines or any authorization from competent Government authority for such policy change.But VODAFONE fails to reveal any such guidelines. I feel this type of arbitrary customer unfriendly action will only force us to pay at least an amount of Rs.35 every month whether we use the network or not.
The matter may be treated as unfair trade practice with the sole aim of earning revenue, without any regard for needy customers.
