I am reswin amos from Thanjavur, Tamilnadu. Last year, I bought Realme Gt master edition from flipkart on dec 24th, 2021. I bought this mobile with an exchange offer so I paid 20,000 + 6,000 (exchange mobile value)totally rs.26,000 worth.from beginning to now, I have faced issues in gravity sensor, over heating, calls issue and headphone jack not working properly, issues in the camera unit like camera malfunctions, camera bugs , camera viewfinder(display) ,blur while taking a photo in the display, and low picture quality.,Fingerprint sensor issues, headphone jack, automatically calling to emergency number while pressing lock button. so i registered my complaint to the company and they have a scheme that tells pickup and drop that they will take my mobile for service and repair/replace it and sent it back on 10 to 14 days. I have applied on that scheme and gave my mobile and all belongings on 26/09/22 and I received back my mobile on 07/10/22 but they did not service my mobile and simply sent back my mobile ,i shocked to see my back case and invoice are missing.After that I immediately raised my complaint to the company customer care and they registered my case and transfer it to escalation team and they said that i would receive a phone call within 24-48 hours and they would arrange a conference call with the service center team. but I did not receive any phone calls from the company within 48 hours. After one week, I received phone call from the escalation team member he spoke with me so rugged and not ready accept my complaint and said we can’t do anything for complaint so far, and he told me to visit or register once again for service to repair the phone and we can’t able to sent back your back cover and invoice because if you have video proof means we would arrange back.So I told that the fault is from their side not from my side that from their side ,the service center cheated me without did any service and sent back after 12 days and wasting my time ,so company is only responsible for my case so their side .so they must pick my mobile and service it and sent back and arrange to sent back my cover and invoice. While i was speaking with him,he rejected my phone call and mentioned my case has solved without my knowledge. afterwards, I cant able to register complaint from in customer support. two weeks before, I registered my complaint in global customer support in their company and explained my issues very briefly and they also registered my complaint and it mentioned that they would contact me back as soon as possible for good resolution. still, i have not received any response from the company.
50 days have passed since my complaint from both Indian and global support, still they have not resolved my complaint / replaced the defective mobile. So request you, mam , please take action against the company and kindly arrange to replace the defective mobile or arrange pickup of the defective mobile for return and refund my amount back. i was totally depressed and anxious about their attitude and customer service.seeking your support…
Nearly one week gone, I they not yet give solution to my issues and not prompt response to my complaint and send my backcover after 45 days. But, still they not accept their mistake from their service center and not ready to arrange replacement. I don’t have spare mobile, They ask me give my mobile again 12- 15 days already, I believe to give my mobile in order to they service but, they didn’t solve my problem in the mobile.
Pls take action for replacement.
This only guarantee for me to solve my phone issues completely.
