- Today my 2 mobile phones was wet which i was given to Rajkamal Mobiles Shop located at buleshwar thakurdwar corner 400004 I was given my Iphone 7Plus & MI Note 8 pro which i was buyed Brand New which i was using today coincidentally my both mobiles was in my poket where water accidentally fall on my pocket so I thought that is better to go to mobile service centre to make dry to my mobile which was necessary because it was possiblity that in future i can get problem in my mobile so I suggest to go near by shop because of Lockdown Immposed in mumbai on 06-04-2021 there was all shutdown so i gave my handsets to rajkamal mobile for service which was payable which i agreed and gave my both cell phones for service The technician of rajkamal mobile who was not havin any knowledge i think so because he has damaged my both handsets from display and my phone which was given to him was littrely wet but the technician he might be not a macanic of mobile but i saw the shop where was ritten in big letters that there mobile repair done here hardware , Mainly this was very much hard to see me that my both handset which was little wet i was gave him to service which the technician use to open directly with tweezer & by oppner of body pannel this thing i got to know while I return to my home & thought to check on YouTube what is the way to open during any service which was more different from the rajkamal mobile shop macanic was done My bother handsets have been became as like condition which could return my money in a half ammout if i sell in seconds hand handset even no one can buy also it because of service given by rajkamal mobile was most worst service which has made me a totally in loss there fore as per power given under protection of human rights act india 1993,amendment 2006,life liberty as a human human reights commission coördinator & as a consumer fundamental rights is mine i appeal as a counsumer protection act Maharashtra to register case against rajkamal mobleshopowner62864
