I am writing to register a complaint against PhonePe Business Application regarding their non-functional smart speaker service. I have been facing issues with their smart speaker for the past two months, and despite numerous attempts to contact their customer care, I have not received any response. I had also previously reported the issue to PhonePe, but no action has been taken to rectify the problem.
The main problem I have encountered is that the smart speaker provided by PhonePe for my business has completely stopped functioning. Despite my best efforts to contact their customer care number, I have received no response or assistance in resolving this issue. Furthermore, when reaching out to their technicians, they have also failed to respond or provide any solution.
It is important to note that throughout these two months, I have been charged the rent for the smart speaker without receiving any viable service. This only adds to the frustration and disappointment I have experienced with PhonePe’s lack of support and ineffective customer service.
