i am sonu beese , having business account on paytm . I am facing problem since 21st of feb , paytm cut rental charges of sound box of rupee 125 per month , but in mine case i return soundbox in month of dec – jan . (2022 -2023). after that paytm didnot deactivate soundbox and applying charges without informing me . when i return soundbox i got message of deactivation of soundbox and rental charges but after that paytm applying rental charges and cut 2 month rental charges on 20th feb 2023 . after i compalint about that to paytm but they didnot responded mine complain till today . other then that they also applying rental charges for further month ( march – april 2023) . i want quick action on that and also want compentation for torchering me mentally from 21st feb to till date
