i want to file a complaint against Paytm, its about their product (soundbox), Paytm offered us a their soundbox product for online payments, that we used almost 1 month and then we requested to the company for the deactivation of the soundbox, and on 14th June 2023 they sent their agent to pick the product from our shop and their agent picked up the soundbox from our shop on same day (14th June 2023), but in their system they did not deactivate the soundbox that should be deactivated from their side on same day or within 448 hours but it was not happened, and they are still deducting the charges for that soundbox which is already taken by Paytm. So later i complaint regarding this so many times but till now there is no solution from the side of paytm, or their there is no refund for the dedudctions.. They are not giving the proper services to the public what they are asking in their adds, and they are forcibly selling their products to the customers with wrong information.
