I wish to inform that ,On 09.08.2018 I was paid BSNL Postpaid Bill Rs 1562 through Paytm and Order id 5771494625 (Rs1500/- from IOB and Rs62/- from Paytm wallet) .But the bill was not settled and also not refund to my IOB account. In this connection I was registered a online complaint (Enclose with debited IOB account statement) to Paytm cyber cell on 9,24 & 25.10.2018 .My complaint Ticket number is 90122844.It is request to you please suitable direction give to Paytm for rectify that complaint and refund the cash to my Paytm wallet
