Dear Sir
I ordered the subject product on 09.10.19, which was delivered on 25.10.19, whereas the promised delivery schedule was 4-5 days.
Due to this inordinate delay I had cancelled the order and made a return request.
Thrice their pickup agent approached and returned without picking, saying that they will come with a proper conveyance, as they have come in 2 wheeler. They will come with 4 wheeler to pick up the product, as it is a big pack.
Finally, on the next day I could see that my return request stands rejected.
This is a sheer harassment meted out to a regular / valuable customer.
In this regard, I contacted customer care, as well as their supervisor Ms Sapna, who are least bothered to listen to my request. Moreover, she rely on the pickup agent and do not believe my words. She has blatantly refused to help me and refused to pick up the product.
I am not at fault in this matter. Hence your good self is kindly requested to intervene in this matter and get my money Rs. 2222/- refunded.
