Executive Name-Rajesh Calling from Delhi – Third party collection agent circulated my Loan details and name and my reference numbers to all my phone contacts copied by App permissions and using abusive words like ” Loan thief” harassed me to make settlement at 9530/-inr against total due 17562/-inr I asked him for NOC and settlement letter he emailed me the TAT time to pay 7400 last amount of settlement before 4.30 pm on 14-6-2022 Once I paid up he stopped to receive calls and not replying or sending me letter or NOC as per chat and conversations done with him. I have all proofs. Attaching with this complaint. Also this executive harassed my friends my sharing my loan details and forcing them to pay on behalf of me.
