Text of Complaint by Arpit:

Sir i booked oyo room on 11 jan 2020 (today) and pay the full amount 680rs. But when i reach hotel oyo app doesn’t work properly and hotel receptionist can’t able to provide room and then i cancel my booking but no refund was given to me there is a technical errors in oyo app not my fault …. kindly solve this problem as soon as possible…… There is no my fault so please gave my full refund.
