Dear Sir /Madam ,
I had booked OYO room for a week between 13- 17th March and full payment was made to them but due to some unavoidable conditions I had to cancel the booking on 13th March but even after several emails and phone calls OYO has not refunded my money back which is a financial Harassment to me .
