I am writing this to inform you that I placed my order (Order ID: 186859082) on Fri, 17 Jul 2020 on shopclues.com through Online Payment. I receive the parcel on the 26th of July, 2020 but it got delivered as a dummy & faulty device. I have tried to contact them via phone but could not reach them. I am attaching some screenshots to pinpoint the differences between the original and dummy product. These people are selling dummy products and misguiding common people. I asked an explanation for this through email but all email address has been deactivated by them, Now I think will go to the consumer court & forced to take strict legal action against their firm.
