Subject: Complaint Regarding Harassment and Unprofessional Behavior

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction with the treatment I have received from your collection agency, particularly from your employees Miss Rhea and Nisha. I believe it is crucial to bring this matter to your attention in the hope of resolving the issue and preventing similar incidents from happening in the future.

Over the past few months, I have been facing financial difficulties that have hindered my ability to make timely payments on my OneCard credit card. However, I have remained in constant communication with OneCard’s customer service department to discuss my situation and explore possible solutions. I have been transparent about my financial condition and have requested additional time to make the payments.

Despite my efforts to resolve the matter amicably, I have recently discovered that your employees, Miss Rhea and Nisha, have gone beyond the acceptable boundaries of debt collection practices. They have traced my contact details and contacted my brother, disclosing private information about my financial situation and pressuring him to pay the outstanding amount. Their behavior has been rude and unprofessional, causing unnecessary distress to both myself and my family.

I understand the importance of repaying my debt, and I have been diligently working towards meeting my financial obligations. However, I firmly believe that every individual deserves to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their financial circumstances. The actions of your employees have not only violated my privacy but have also caused emotional distress and embarrassment.

I kindly request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action against Miss Rhea and Nisha for their unprofessional conduct. Additionally, I urge you to ensure that your collection agency adheres to ethical debt collection practices, treating debtors with the respect and professionalism they deserve.

Furthermore, I would appreciate your understanding and cooperation in granting me the requested extension to make the current payment. I will make every effort to fulfill my financial obligations as soon as my earning situation stabilizes.

I trust that you will take this complaint seriously and address the issue promptly. I hope that we can resolve this matter amicably, without any further harassment or breach of privacy.
