Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Ola Electric for their failure to address a recurring issue with my Ola electric scooter, despite repeated attempts to seek assistance and resolution.

Details of the Complaint:
1. **Product Details**: Ola Electric Scooter, Model Ola S1 pro 1st gen , purchased on 09-01-2023.
2. **Issue Description**: The scooter broke down on 02-05-2024 and since then, it has been non-functional.
3. **Attempts to Resolve**:
– I have lodged multiple complaints with Ola Electric starting from .
– Despite their assurances, no action has been taken to repair or replace the scooter.
– I was advised by Ola Electric to purchase the Ola Care Plus package to expedite the service process. I bought Ola Care Plus on 02-05-2024, but still received no response or service.
4. **Financial Impact**: Due to the scooter being non-functional, I have been forced to spend approximately ₹400-₹600 daily on cab services for my daily commute. Over the past month, this has amounted to approximately ₹10,000.

I am deeply distressed by this situation, both mentally and financially. Ola Electric’s negligence and lack of response have caused significant inconvenience and financial burden. I request the Consumer Court to intervene and provide the following relief:

1. Immediate repair or replacement of the defective scooter.
2. Full refund of the Ola Care Plus package fee.
3. Compensation for the additional commuting expenses incurred due to the scooter breakdown, totaling ₹10,000.
4. Compensation for the mental distress caused by this situation.
