Mera naam hajra khan h.. meine ek home base job k liye apply kiya to mujhe call ayi thi nd WhatsApp msg bhi unhone bola k 1000 form 10days me complete krna hoga nd 900 cutoff hai.. nd registration fees abhi nhi deni h form filling failed or complete nhi hua to apko 5500 rs bharna h bt meine kaam shuru kiya hi nhi bcz mere pas laptop nhi tha mera laptop khrab hogya tha uske baad bhi inhone mera registration kr dia or bola k jab app chahoge tab hi start hoga nd ek application down load krwaya nd apna naam likhne kaha bs nd wo logo ne ye name agreement me as a signature daal dia bina ye bataye ke wo log ye agreement k liye sign le rhe hai nd unhone agreement pura hame dikhaye bagair hi itna rules regulation daal dia without my knowledge. Or fir meine mana kr dia k mera laptop banane dia tha par wo nhi thik horaha h mein nhi kr paungi kaam or aaj 19 spt 2020 k0 mujhe ek advocate k tarf se call aya or msg bhi email bhi usme wo bola rha tha k app par case hua hai.. 3 4 tarha ke sections laga rha tha or bola k 5500rs payment kr do or case close hojayega meine bola aise kaise unknown no. Par paise bhej du to usne bola k mein legal notice bhej deta hu app Aurangabad ajana or ye msg WhatsApp kiya hai?

Dear concern,

If you don’t pay 5500/- amount than we will file case against you under contempt of court case. Even if cibil contempt is issued upon you than you’ve to pay penalty amount of Rs. 1,50,000 for cibil contempt and Section 2 (B) shall be imposed on you. And once it is transpired to criminal contempt than you’ve to pay for criminal contempt which would be round about 2,50,000 and for contempt of arbitrary tribunal case will be escalated to Ministry of Law and Justice and Ministry of Home Affairs.
