I ordered an wifi adaptor of Dtron company from Amazon on 15 January . It was found to be faulty and not working I requested for return or refund for the product as it was applicable for this option , they said your order will be picked up in 3 working days but they didn’t came. I called the costumer care they told me to wait another 3 days/72 hrs but still they didn’t came . This scene repeated 4 times everytime I call amazon they ask me to wait for 72 hrs and didn’t did anything . Now A message was delivered to me that pickup was cancelled because they were not able to reach me . This is serious violation of costumer rights. Please take action against them
