Text of Complaint by Amarjeet Shaw:

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have encountered with the warranty service for my Mivi earbuds. I had previously filed a complaint regarding the earbuds, but I have yet to receive any assistance from the company.

The product warranty for the earbuds has not expired since the date of delivery, even though it had been some time since the date of purchase. However, Mivi has refused to facilitate the warranty service despite this fact.

I am disappointed with the lack of response from Mivi and Amazon. I had filed the complaint on 14th July and have not received any update on the status of my complaint. Furthermore, I have been unable to reach the customer care service as it appears to be barred. I urge you to look into this matter as well and ensure that your customers have access to reliable and efficient customer service.

would appreciate your intervention in resolving this matter. I kindly request that you take appropriate action to ensure that my warranty claim is processed and that I receive the necessary support to repair or replace my defective earbuds.
