Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding a fraudulent transaction involving an online order I placed for polarized sunglasses from a seller named Nimbus Drop.

AWB Number: 153768750105202
Delivery Date/Attempt: 7 May 2025
Delivery Location: Aarvy Healthcare, Sector 90, Gurgaon
Amount Paid: ₹899 (Cash/UPI on Delivery)
Delivery Agent Contact: Anil (9728854269)
Despite the advertisement and description showing premium polarized sunglasses, the product I received was substandard, clearly fake, and not worth the price. The packaging bore no brand markings or invoice, and there was no return or support information included.
This constitutes clear misrepresentation and cheating on the part of Nimbus Drop. I tried contacting the seller but received no response, and their website or platform is either unavailable or non-functional now.
I request the Hon’ble Consumer Court to take appropriate action against the seller for:
Misleading product advertisement
Delivering counterfeit or substandard goods
Non-availability of customer support or return process
Please find attached proof of delivery message and a photo of the received product (if needed, I can provide these). I seek a full refund and request that necessary action be initiated to prevent further scams targeting consumers.
