Text of Complaint by Atul Kirti:

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to bring a serious matter to your attention regarding the unprofessional conduct of Nayaka Fashion, an online retail store. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue with their customer service team, I have been left without a satisfactory solution.

On the 17th of June 2023, I placed an order with Nayaka Fashion under Order Number NYK-12721031-9784298 for a pair of shoes. I eagerly awaited the delivery of the order. However, to my dismay, upon receiving the package on 23/06/23, I discovered that the shoes were missing from the package.

I immediately contacted Nayaka Fashion’s customer service to report the missing item and seek assistance. Regrettably, my attempts to communicate with them have been met with silence and indifference. Despite my persistent complaints and requests for resolution, Nayaka Fashion has failed to provide a suitable explanation or compensate for their mistake.

As a consumer, I firmly believe that this incident constitutes a violation of my rights. I have made every effort to engage with Nayaka Fashion’s customer service team, but their lack of responsiveness and disregard for my concerns has left me frustrated and disappointed.

In light of the aforementioned circumstances, I kindly request your intervention in this matter and ask you to assist me in filing a complaint against Nayaka Fashion. I believe that they have breached their responsibility as a seller by failing to deliver the shoes I ordered and by neglecting to address my complaint adequately.

I have enclosed copies of the order confirmation, delivery receipt, and all relevant correspondence exchanged between Nayaka Fashion and myself as supporting evidence. Furthermore, I have retained the original packaging materials to substantiate my claim of the missing shoes.

I request that you take the necessary action against Nayaka Fashion to ensure they fulfill their obligations as a seller and provide me with the appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, wasted time, and mental distress caused by their negligence.
